I Know I am imperfect and that is why I need your grace to abound in my life. I Know there were times when I had become oblivious to your calling me and had grieved Your Holy Spirit. I know of time when You had embraced me and called me Your beloved.I know of time when you had watch over me as i sleep so that i will not be terrified by the terror of the night.

Hi guys i am here to blog!
Just want to share what i have learn in my 2 yrs walk with God.
I come to know God as someone who is very prideful.
I thank God that as i admit my pride and confess of my haughtiness, He gives me the grace to be humble. The bible says " all nations shall bow down at His knees."
Being a christian, is not just about going church, cellgroup, tithe, serving in ministry. In fact, being a christian is to live our life by the word of God and obey Him by crucifying our own flesh and carry the cross daily. In order for us to do that, we need to have a bumble heart, be as meek as a lamb. In my walk with God, i have fallen many times, but every time God is graceful to pick me up again.But in order to do tat, we need to be humble to accept5 God's help.

While in our search for God, we tend to miss out on Him.It is not that God have left us, but rather, we are to busy searching for Him that we forget He will not leave us nor forsake us. God said to Jeremiah " Do not be afraid, for I am with you always, even to the end of the age." Remenber God, His goodness and faithfullness, how will a father who even take care of the small creatures of this Earth leave you alone to die? God has made us unique and a level higher than the angels. We do not need to search painstakingly for HIm, but just reach out your hands for God's hands are ever ready to embrace us.

This life that God have given me ---- one that is nothing sort of extraordinary, nothing sort of exciting, i pray will be an eventful and fufilling one. Let us not live this day regretting yesterday and worry about the future.I pray God's strength and anointing is upon me and every single ones whom i love, as we live this mundane life on Earth.All glory to Him Amen!

went for svc today, Nick Vujicic.. i feel very bless you guys too rite, he shared with us lots of things like how he go through these years. although Nick didn't have limbs, and sometimes in the past there are always some people will disturb or say bad things about him. that makes him think bad abt his appearance too, but there is a girl who say to him 'Hey Nick, you look good today'. that makes his thoughts changed again, why focus on the people who say abt you, and not the people say good things abt you? most of us in the past should have gone through these times. we keep on focusing on the bad than on the GOOD, which makes us dun feel good abt ourself.. Nick did pray abt limbs but when God say NO. It doesn't mean that God doesn't love us. God has a plan and a purpose for us, and want us to pray abt it. sometimes you really feel that but is so hard, but you need to know that " I can do all things through Christ who strengthen me!" we really need to pray and seek him, and He will find you. Always need to remember God is Faithful, He is Mighty God, He is a Great God!! Amen! =)

Today morning, there was a sudden heavy downpour. I don't have the habit to carry umbrella to school everyday. And the best thing was that I have to walk quite long from the bus stop to school. Student council had to carry out umbrella. Here I am stuck in the far away bus stop whereby I suppose to already started doing the umbrella duty. Shared umbrella with one of the year one guy. When I reached school, my left sleeve and back was drenched.

After the umbrella service, Jonathan one of my council friend was squatting down looking very sick. Me and punitha went over to check on him. I put my hand on his forehead wanting to find out whether he is running a fever. And just when I placed my hand on his head, he just fainted sideways. I still thought that he was playing with us. Until punitha was shocked that he fainted. I call his name and move his body, but there was just no response. When punitha was calling to the council teacher for help over the hp. I immediately stretched out my hands and prayed for him.

After a while, he was coughing out and open eyes. Truely prayer is the answer to all situations. Without prayer, he might now be in the hospital. I really thank God for everything. God used me in the way that I never expect. I did not came to school today expecting to pray for a issue of life and death. And at the point of time, I just went beyond myself. It was not the normal healing prayer, but it was truely praying with the Holy Spirit. As I prayed for him, my faith level was tested. And personally, I received a breakthrough in my own spiritual life.

Many times in life, we have been so busy that many of us neglect prayer. But is really prayer that will change not only us but also the people around us. We can do so much more things if we just commit every event to God. And knowing that God can use in mighty ways to change peoples' lives. N405, we must really start praying and fasting more often, to see revival happening in our school.

I'm glad I came for yesterday's PM.
It brought me back to God’s presence ever so close.
I've got my revelation, to grab hold of the very vision God planted in me.
I remembered Joyce Meyer said God's calling to me is usually something I'll enjoy serving him! And I believe He wouldn't want me to do something I hated so much that draws us apart.
That's what had held me back, feeling guilty whenever I couldn't meet up to somebody else's expectation even if it's for God’s glory. Obedience is better than sacrifice.

Obedience to God, still a long way I've got to learn to deal with my carnal. What's my vision? HeEx... maybe I'll share face to face.. Like what Pastor Joshua said, there’s no mountain, with God problems shall become a plain!

service yesterday by Dr. Joyce Meyer was really really good
although i was serving yesterday,i strongly felt that i received something
we should really seize the opportunity that is presented in front of us
and not let it go as it might not present itself again
O lvl's is just round the corner and before the service,i was starting to get nervous abt my O's
but after the word yesterday,i wasn't really nervous abt it anymore
the devil just wanted to make me nervous so that i won't do well
but i am not going to let him have his way and i am going to relax and let God do his works
this does not mean not studying as i have to do my part too
even if there's not much time left,every single hour is going to be fruitful
my one hour of study is going to be equal to three hours of my friends study
and i would remember all that i study and have no problems doing my papers
although i am the last in class,almost retained in sec 3 and got 35-45 for my L1R5 since last year
i believe God has planned everything out for me and i am going to shine for him

I also want to Thank God for this cell group
and bringing all of us together.

its my first entry in this blogg.
im actually very looking forward to this cg blog!!
because in my own blog, i dont write too much of personal feelings. because when i blog abt spiritual stuff, my frens yawn & frown & begin their essays to go against -.- the bad thing is, many comes to read my blog. my blog hits up to 100+ per day (I DONT LIKE, i didnt intend it to be a public blog) so my blog is only abt my earthly life; (at most) include some christian songs lyrics & super short thoughts :)

but here is different! i can even post my prayer requestssssss :D:D

NOW, one ugly truth of miss tan weishan :(
it so used to be like this....
i'll lock myself up somewhere before mass prayer meetings to get "anointed" and "heated up with prayer lines" so that i ~~dare~~ to pray in grps ): this is super lame but super TRUE. i really dont dare to pray in big grps (like in front of the whole cg).

i thought i need to learn to pray consistantly. but it didnt help either :(
i soon realized my problem..
i can ONLY pray in grps of 2-3 ppl; i can even lead small prayer grps.
BUT i just cant pray even a sentence in big grps.
i just have that phobia of praying in front of many people. faint.

okay. i promise to challenge myself to take the step of FAITH and pray in cg the next time when opportunity comes! (i got a super strong FEELING that the next time we have cg, we'll have to pray :X ) okay whatever, i want to be like Peter! :D:D

oh yes; just to inform you guys;
Angel & Mortal is having some twist & spice (:

Seizing the moment, not missing opportunities.

This week's guest speaker is Dr Joyce Meyer. This is the second time she visited our church, and today, she talked about seizing the moment, and not missing opportunities.

I must admit that the way she preach is different from what we have seen so far. From the use of a rocking chair, to lying on the stage, she accurately potrays the situation of which she speak.

Back to the topic. What are your thoughts and revelation after you have listened to the sermon? Are you living out your life, grabbing every God-given opportunities as they come by, or are you sitting still, and not even aware of them?

I think it's time for each and everyone of us to go back to the drawing board, where we have written down the visions we have set at the beginning of the year, and do a reality check. For those of us who have done remarkably well in acheiving our goals, that's a very good sign of success, and for those of us who have not, well, there are still some months before the end of the year, and everyday counts.

Often we are distracted by things that comes our way, but we must constantly remind ourselves that some opportunities only comes once in a lifetime.

I leave you with the question today, how much is your dream worth?

I think this applies to all of us.

More than jux that i wanna thanz God for putting me into CHC (wat a awesome place!) and n405. I am feeling so blessed to be in this cg. Even i cant get to have regular cgm with u guys but i am sure we are still one family in Christ for it is in spirit that we are bonded together; Let's cont to love God and love people!

Hey dudes, Carolyn here!!! Say cheese! Cheese! Had a wonderful time today at settlers cafe. But I still think minds cafe better. Guys, next time we go minds can? Hey jon, you must laugh more . Really glad that you were very happy today. N405 had long john for dinner. And the best part is jo keep on speaking in chinese to gab and ron. Gabriel still can keep on answering english to jo. HAHA! Hey angel, thanks for the gifts you given to me. i seriously think that my angel is a guy. Suspect list : Joshua, Ron and Gabriel. We had a mini "amazing race" today. Had to walk around sort of circles finding settlers cafe. Nobody know the exact location of the place. When we reach, it seems like we have conquered a hill.

My group consists of jo, weishan, theodore, jasmine, ron and ME! We played 6-7 different games. Especially the jenga game, it was hilarious. You guys should have seen weishan expression. I was laughing throughout the game. Weishan was so afraid all the time that the thing would topped down. Her hand was even sweating. Although we just started the game, weishan was already very nervous. Jasmine was touching the bock like she is buying some quality wood in ikea. Theodore look so profession as he do his different stunts as he try to remove the block. For me, I rather relax. Having to remove the block and talking to my friend on the phone at the same time. In the end, we all had fun.

Before that, cai ping, me, gabriel, theodore and joshua can still take photos of the boat jetty. What a nice view of sunset. Quite a couple of people get mini donuts for their mortal. I wonder why people bought donuts? Is it influence by miss weishan? HAHA! Time check: 1.40am. Yeah, i just finish the first entry. Enjoy reading! Got to sleep now! Tomorrow morning still got school.
